SOME VERSES FROM THE QURAN ABOUT AL QURAN

1. Guidance and Clarity**
**Surah Al-Baqarah (2:2)**
**ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبُ لَا رَيۡبَۛ فِيهِۛ هُدٗى لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ**
*"This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah."*
2. Healing and Mercy**
**Surah Al-Isra (17:82)**
**وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ مَا هُوَ شِفَآءٞ وَرَحۡمَةٞ لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَلَا يَزِيدُ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ إِلَّا خَسَارٗا**
*"And We send down of the Qur’an that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss."* .
Light and Guidance**
**Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:15-16)**
**قَدۡ جَآءَكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ نُورٞ وَكِتَٰبٞ مُّبِينٞ ١٥ يَهۡدِي بِهِ ٱللَّهُ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ رِضۡوَٰنَهُۥ سُبُلَ ٱلسَّلَٰمِ وَيُخۡرِجُهُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ بِإِذۡنِهِۦ وَيَهۡدِيهِمۡ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ**
*"There has come to you from Allah a light and a clear Book, through which Allah guides those who seek His pleasure to the ways of peace and brings them out of darkness into the light by His permission, and guides them to a straight path."*
4. A Reminder for Humanity**
**Surah Sad (38:29)**
**كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ إِلَيۡكَ مُبَٰرَكٞ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوٓاْ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ**
*"This is a blessed Book which We have revealed to you so that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding may take heed."*
5. A Criterion (Furqan) Between Right and Wrong**
**Surah Al-Furqan (25:1)**
**تَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِي نَزَّلَ ٱلۡفُرۡقَانَ عَلَىٰ عَبۡدِهِۦ لِيَكُونَ لِلۡعَٰلَمِينَ نَذِيرًا**
*"Blessed is He who sent down the Criterion (the Qur’an) upon His servant that he may be a warner to the worlds."*
6. A Revelation for Reflection**
**Surah Az-Zumar (39:23)**
**ٱللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحۡسَنَ ٱلۡحَدِيثِ كِتَٰبٗا مُّتَشَٰبِهٗا مَّثَانِيَ تَقۡشَعِرُّ مِنۡهُ جُلُودُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخۡشَوۡنَ رَبَّهُمۡ ثُمَّ تَلِينُ جُلُودُهُمۡ وَقُلُوبُهُمۡ إِلَىٰ ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُدَى ٱللَّهِ يَهۡدِي بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَمَن يُضۡلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِنۡ هَادٍ**
*"Allah has sent down the best statement: a consistent Book wherein is reiteration. The skins of those who fear their Lord shiver from it; then their skins and their hearts soften to the remembrance of Allah. That is the guidance of Allah by which He guides whom He wills. And one whom Allah leaves astray – for him there is no guide."*
7. Protection of the Qur’an**
**Surah Al-Hijr (15:9)**
**إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا ٱلذِّكۡرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ**
*"Indeed, We have sent down the Reminder (the Qur’an), and indeed, We will preserve it."*
8. The Qur’an as a Message to All of Mankind**
**Surah Ibrahim (14:1)**
**الر ۚ كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ النَّاسَ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَمِيدِ**
*"Alif-Lam-Ra. [This is] a Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that you might bring mankind out of darkness into the light by permission of their Lord—to the path of the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy."*
9. The Qur’an as a Warner and a Reminder**
**Surah Al-An'am (6:155)**
**وَهَٰذَا كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ مُبَارَكٞ فَٱتَّبِعُوهُ وَٱتَّقُواْ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُونَ**
*"And this [Qur’an] is a blessed Book which We have revealed, so follow it and fear Allah that you may receive mercy."*
10. The Qur’an as a Book in Clear Arabic**
**Surah Yusuf (12:2)**
**إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ**
*"Indeed, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur’an that you might understand."*
11. The Qur’an Cannot Be Imitated**
**Surah Al-Isra (17:88)**
**قُل لَّئِنِ ٱجۡتَمَعَتِ ٱلۡإِنسُ وَٱلۡجِنُّ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يَأۡتُواْ بِمِثۡلِ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ لَا يَأۡتُونَ بِمِثۡلِهِۦ وَلَوۡ كَانَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ لِبَعۡضٖ ظَهِيرٗا**
*"Say, 'If mankind and the jinn gathered in order to produce the like of this Qur’an, they could not produce the like of it, even if they were to each assist one another.'"*
12. The Qur’an Guides to What is Most Upright**
**Surah Al-Isra (17:9)**
**إِنَّ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ يَهۡدِي لِلَّتِي هِيَ أَقۡوَمُ وَيُبَشِّرُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ أَنَّ لَهُمۡ أَجۡرٗا كَبِيرٗا**
*"Indeed, this Qur’an guides to that which is most upright and gives good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a great reward."*
13. The Qur’an as a Revelation from Allah**
**Surah Fussilat (41:42)**
**لَّا يَأۡتِيهِ ٱلۡبَٰطِلُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِ يَدَيۡهِ وَلَا مِنۡ خَلۡفِهِۦ تَنزِيلٞ مِّنۡ حَكِيمٍ حَمِيدٖ**
*"Falsehood cannot approach it from before it or from behind it; [it is] a revelation from a [Lord who is] Wise and Praiseworthy."*
14. The Qur’an as a Book of Truth**
**Surah Al-Zumar (39:2)**
**إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ فَٱعۡبُدِ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِصٗا لَّهُ ٱلدِّينَ**
*"Indeed, We have sent down to you the Book in truth. So worship Allah, [being] sincere to Him in religion."*
15. The Qur’an as a Reminder for All Worlds**
**Surah Al-Takwir (81:27-28)**
**إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌ لِّلْعَالَمِينَ وَمَن شَاءَ مِنكُمْ أَن يَسْتَقِيمَ**
*"It is not except a reminder to the worlds, for whoever wills among you to take a right course."*
16. The Qur’an as a Book Sent Gradually**
**Surah Al-Furqan (25:32)**
**وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ جُمۡلَةٗ وَٰحِدَةٗۚ كَذَٰلِكَ لِنُثَبِّتَ بِهِۦ فُؤَادَكَ وَرَتَّلۡنَٰهُ تَرۡتِيلٗا**
*"And those who disbelieve say, 'Why was the Qur’an not revealed to him all at once?' Thus [it is] that We may strengthen your heart thereby. And We have spaced it distinctly."*
17. The Qur’an Will Be an Argument on the Day of Judgment**
**Surah Al-Zukhruf (43:44)**
**وَإِنَّهُۥ لَذِكۡرٞ لَّكَ وَلِقَوۡمِكَۖ وَسَوۡفَ تُسۡـَٔلُونَ**
*"And indeed, it is a reminder for you and your people, and you will be questioned."*
